Are the rings made by hand?
Yes. Every Rustingush ring is handcrafted in our workshop, one piece at a time.
We work with carefully selected natural materials such as exotic woods, stones, and metal inlays, making each ring unique. Small variations in grain, color, and texture are part of the character of a handmade piece.
Are the rings waterproof?
Yes. Our wooden rings are protected with a special waterproof sealant that makes them resistant to everyday contact with water, including hand washing and occasional splashes.
However, to preserve the beauty and longevity of the finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged immersion in water, such as during showers, swimming, or extended exposure to moisture.

Can I request a custom ring?
Absolutely. We are happy to create custom wooden rings tailored to your preferences.
You can request different wood species, stones, inlay materials (such as brass, silver, or gold), widths, and other design details. Since every piece is handcrafted, custom orders are discussed individually to ensure the final ring matches your vision as closely as possible.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be displayed based on the destination location and total purchase amount at checkout, before completing your order.
How are orders shipped?
We ship worldwide with FedEx.
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
How long does shipping take?
For items that are ready to ship, orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days, depending on the destination location.
For made-to-order pieces, the crafting process takes approximately 5–7 business days. Including preparation and shipping time, the total estimated delivery time is up to approximately 15 business days.
What if I choose the wrong size?
If the ring size provided with your order is incorrect, don’t worry — we will do our best to help you find a solution.
