🧾 Returns & Exchanges Policy
In our workshop, every piece is handcrafted using natural materials, making each product truly unique. Because of this artisanal nature, and since many orders are made to order or customized, our return and exchange policies are designed accordingly.
🔸 Products with Possible Defects
For wooden pendants and handcrafted knives, if the product has a manufacturing defect or structural flaw, it may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order.
As all pieces are 100% handmade, slight variations in color, grain, shape, or texture are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.
🔸 Custom Wooden Rings
For made-to-order wooden rings, if the size provided by the customer is incorrect and a completely new ring must be crafted, the original ring must be returned and a 25% fee of the total order value will be charged to cover the production costs of the replacement.
The replacement ring will be placed in priority production and shipping to speed up delivery.
🔸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs related to returns or replacements are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the issue is due to a mistake or defect caused by our production process.
🔸 General Considerations
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
- We strongly recommend carefully checking the ring size and order details before completing your purchase.
- Every inquiry or claim will be handled personally and individually, and we will always do our best to find a fair and satisfactory solution.
